·此外，针对网上流传的“不婚不育芳龄永继”的说法，近期有相关研究表示，不婚不育与寿命延长无必然关联，其影响高度依赖个体选择与社会支持。主动选择不婚不育者若保持健康习惯、建立高质量社交关系，寿命未必受损；而婚姻与生育的“保护效应”更多源于经济稳定与情感支持。与其纠结婚育状态，不如关注规律运动、均衡饮食与社会联结——这些才是长寿的真正捷径。
·根据联合国人口司《2022年世界人口展望》报告，2021年全球女性出生时预期寿命为73.8岁，男性为68.4岁，差距达5.4年，这一差距在几乎所有国家和地区普遍存在。西班牙阿尔卡拉大学预测，到2030年，全球性别差距可能缩小至3.4年，主要原因是男性吸烟率的下降和医疗条件的改善。
