Fix: issues with re-activation of product in a case of no internet connection

修复：家长控制在Windows 7用户帐户上显示的问题
修复：家长控制报告里太多的冗余日志
修正：安装在默认位置以外的问题
修复：在没有互联网连接的情况下重新激活产品的问题
