ESET Windows home products version 16.2.13 (hotfix) have been released

Version 16.2.13

[*]FIXED: Issues with LTE/GSM modems
[*]FIXED: Windows firewall rules were not honored
[*]FIXED: GUI crashes in localized versions
[*]Other smaller bug fixes.
